Visitors

Visitors, or traders, come every Saturday to trade goods from the mainland and rest. they sell many seemingly random things for higher prices, including paper, which can only be imported. they seem to have a distaste to the 'empire', stating that they are no good and up to something nefarious. they cannot be gifted, nor do they appear on the villager section of the menu.
