Buffs and Status Effects

Buffs and Status Effects(?) are various reactions that may benefit, harm, or otherwise produce a response in the player. Active Buffs and Status Effects appear as circular icons beneath the player's hunger and sleep meters and display their remaining duration on the hover tooltip.

Buffs

Buffs are positive effects that may be applied to the player upon consuming a Potion, Food, or Soap. Buff duration or potency is not affected by star quality. In addition, multiple buffs can be activated at the same time (eg. Lucky and Super Lucky.) Multiple instances of the same buff do not stack. Applying a buff while it is already active will refresh the duration of the buff.
