The Watering Can is a tool that allows the user to water crops, trees, and bushes on the farm. It can be used on a square of dry hoed ground, with or without a plant or seed.
Watering cans do not have durability but instead lose water with each application, shown in the blue status bar below the inventory icon. The higher the quality of the watering can the more water it holds.
Water can be refilled at any freshwater source or at a constructed well by pressing space. Watering cans can't be repaired at the blacksmith as they do not lose durability.
How to Obtain
The player starts the game with a basic Watering Can, but watering cans of higher quality and thus higher water capacity may be purchased.

Farm Helper
If you have a Farm Helper working on your farm, place a Farm Helper Chest outside and place a watering can in it for them to use. They will refill the watering can as needed, so consider building a well near your crops for efficiency.
